Position Summary:
Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as ordered. Delivers orders as required. Works FOH/BOH duties as required. Responsible for clean-up of work areas in BOH
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
- Begins and completes baking/food preparation
- Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
- Makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
- Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
- Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
- Responsible for clean up duties
- Empties trash as required

- Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
- Check bathrooms
- Bus tables
- Prepare food to spec and order request
- Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions
- Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
Job Specifications and Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same
· Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance
· State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
· Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred
· Possess strong guest service and communication skills..
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
· Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
