The key role for Enterprise Back office agent is to process all MNMI Corporate renewal requests and respond to customer queries.
Accountabilities
- Attend Registration requests received from enterprise customer.
- Follow up on the Customer registration request.
- Verify customer documents and educate customers on the missing documents.
- Create activity for customers to process the registration.
- Follow up with document management team to ensure customer registration is processed.
- Update the customer with the registration status.
- Deactivate any number which is not approved by the customer during the renewal process.
- Provide daily productivity reports and queue status.
Qualifications, experience and skills
- High School pass out
Experience
- 1 Year experience in BO operations•
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Motivated in working the task alone at the given time.
- Time management
