As Coordinator of China Logistics COE team, you will be part of a high performing team delivering new logistics capabilities and optimize logistics operational performance. You will bring hands-on experience on coordinating various activities such as schedule, budget and risks of projects, collect and analyze performance data, review and support on standard operational procedure optimization in a cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibility:
- Work with all levels of project management team to track the progress of the projects in pipeline;
- Serve as a liaison between all project team members including the project manager, tech, logistics, operations, accounting, finance, legal and external vendors to coordinate and communicate various aspects of the project including project information, documentation and meetings;
- Periodically collect and analyze operational performance data to find failures, deep dive root cause and raise optimization opportunities with other teams.
- Plan and manage logistics portfolio review sessions.
- Utilize organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively, and coordinate events and people.
- Deliver other ad-hoc tasks as required;
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operation related functions;
- Fluent English in Writing & Speaking
- Excellent office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience Required (Soft skills):
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility
- Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment’s notice;
- Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems;
- Quick learner to new knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization
- Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
- Highly analytical with ability to leverage decision support tools and analytic models to drive data-driven decision making (Microsoft © Excel, Tableau, etc)
