Hours: Full Time ( 09:00 am to 17:30 pm) Monday to Friday – No shifts or Bank Holidays

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Representative to call businesses to discuss our award-winning payment solutions. If you are comfortable on the phone, enjoy speaking to customers, and want to provide industry leading technology to small businesses, apply today.
Desirable skills:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations
- Self-starter, target driven and highly motivated
- Good telephone manner and comfortable making calls to new and potential customers
- Adaptable and versatile approach to a fast-paced role
Daily responsibilities:
- Generate appointments for our field sales team
- Diary management
- Updating the CRM
- Meeting and exceeding appointment/sales targets
