- Draft, review and advise on a broad range of banking - related and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review and advise on ISDA related matters.
- Assist in handling dispute related matters.
- Advise and participate in branch -related projects.
- Working together with multiple internal stakeholders to prepare and advise on legal documentation, internal policies and procedures.
- Manage external counsels effectively when engaged.
- Keep abreast with the relevant laws and regulations relating to financial institutions.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Section Head of Legal.
A recognized university degree, preferably in Law- A member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as in-house counsel for financial institutions

Minimum 3 years of experience in the following areas:
- Conveyancing or loan documentation
- Drafting/Reviewing of agreements/contracts
- ISDA related matters
- Corporate secretariat
- Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act (Cap 50) and ACRA filing
- Resourceful and a good team player
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
