Job Profile:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial statements. This includes ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, analyze cash flow patterns, and provide strategies to optimize cash utilization. Assist in managing working capital, budgeting for capital expenditures, and evaluating financing options.
- Financial Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. This includes evaluating investment opportunities, managing debt, implementing internal controls, and monitoring compliance with financial regulations.
- Strategic Financial Decision Making: Provide financial insights and advice to support strategic decision-making. Assess investment opportunities, evaluate mergers and acquisitions, analyze business expansion plans, and provide financial feasibility studies.
- Investor Relations: Serve as a liaison between the company and investors, managing relationships, and providing financial updates. Assist in preparing investor presentations and participating in fundraising activities.
- Business Performance Evaluation: Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop measurement metrics. Provide recommendations to enhance profitability, cost-efficiency, and overall financial performance.

You will be trained in:
- Accounting and reporting framework (AS/IndAS/IFRS)
- GST and Income tax planning and compliance regime
- MIS Dashboards
- FEMA and Company law on a need basis
- Audit and certification process
- Valuation models and pitch decks
What we expect from the candidate:
- Knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting requirements in India
- Direct and Indirect Tax work experience (preparer level)
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Liaisoning with client’s accounts team in and outside India
- Deal with statutory auditors and oversee the work of an independent consultants.
- Communicate with Company Secretary on corporate law compliances.
- Make presentations, discuss with executives of the client during board meeting or executive meetings
