Job Description:

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Company and overseeing company's employee safety at work.

Job Responsibilities

Admin

· Annual Renewal of Business permits and other local permits required both TFI and HBSI

· Company vehicle transaction such as annual registration, insurance claiming, Transfer of ownership and repairs, renewal of car insurance etc. both TFI and HBSI

· Supervise Building maintenance schedule of Fumigation, A/C cleaning, A/c check-up and over all building repairs such as Electrical, Masonry and carpentry both TFI and HBSI

· Dispatching of Equipment to clients/sales rep. from V. Luna office (concession only) both TFI and HBSI

· Renewal of Building insurance both TFI warehouse, TFI Main office and HBSI office

· Applications of fleet cards for employees.

- Handling compliance monitoring report

· Do other admin tasks assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
