Responsibilities:-
- Maintain good grooming and discipline as per Resort’s policy
- Offers all possible assistance to guest needs
- Ensure Villas, Public area are clean and standards met
- Remove all soiled food trays and put on top of the dining table and call butler to collect
- Make up beddings and ensure the linen are not stain or torn
- Send dirty linen to Housekeeping Hut
- Checks and stack clean linen on shelf in the Housekeeping Hut
- Reports to be clearly written, clean and precise on remarks column especially on Villa status, timing and physical checks conducted
- Maintain pathways cleanliness and morning job functions as per QSS standards
- Maintain Housekeeping Hut, genitor rooms, staff trolleys and staff toilets clean at all times
- Reports Villa defects and valuable items in Villas or Public Area
- Clean the vacuum cleaner after using before off duty
- Keeps Housekeeping Hut and trolley clean at all times
- Reports to Team Leader on any unusual happenings of guest or behavior of guest
- Do not open doors for guest and strict procedures to be follow
- Any missing operational equipment in Villas must be reported to Team Leaders
- Follow Lost & Found Procedures at all times
- Villa discrepancies must be reported to Team Leader
- Report any unsafe working condition or environment to superior or report directly to OSHA Dept.
- Check and replenish mini bar item when necessary
- Performance inventory on mini bar items when required
- Man the Linen room, issue uniform to staff, iron and press uniform/linen and keep proper inventory record.
- Perform laundry duty when required
- Any other job that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :-
- Minimum SPM Holder or higher
- Willing to work in Ipoh
- Minimum 1 year experience
- School leavers is encourage to apply
